Man, this **** is pissing me off so bad.
Every time I'm playing with my Sniper, i hold my L1 to aim and suddenly my aim goes off, and then on again and off and on and off....
Please fix this asap. Because its frustrating and game breaking. |

Please fix this asap. Because its frustrating and game breaking. Or when you're using a charge, and your controller "glitches" and you end up firing your shot early, making you reload. RIGHT as someone comes up and kills your teammate you were overwatching? |

I haven't experienced this one myself, but I'm pretty sure I've seen other threads address this issue. Something about bluetooth interference, I think.
Try searching the forum; I'm sure folks have posted information that will be helpful.
Good luck |

Hey there. This is one of several Controller (DS3) issues*.
These are some things to consider or modify to try and reduce the problems.
Do you use the Sony Wireless Headset? Plug your DS3 in with the USB cable. Some have mentioned moving something but as I don't have one I am not certain what they were talking about.
Do you have Other Blue Tooth devices connected to the PS3 or close by trying to talk to the PS3? Try to separate them or turn them off while charging. This might include Older Wireless Routers. New ones shouldn't have the problem but I am covering all the bases.
Do not plug in a Second DS3 controller, even if only to charge it, while DUST is running.
During battle press Melee (R3) this will clear it for the immediate condition. How long it will be clear is tougher to know. Another possible button combination is Start followed by Circle.
How old is your DS3? The older it is the worse these problems can be. Internal to the DS3 there is a cable that is held Against a circuit board. As it doesn't have a proper connector the contacts (on the circuit board) corrode quickly. Either repair or replace the DS3. First you might try using a different DS3 (hopefully, newer).
The menus work poorly with a joystick and okay with the D-Pad. The worse they get the more likely it is you need to look into some or all of the above to correct the problems.
Hope This Helps.
* Considering that you are Sniping and probably Holding the L1 button for longer periods of time be aware that the Blue Tooth interaction resets the DS3 frequently. This is tied to the Hacking Discontinued Bug as the Blue Tooth Connection for the DS3 is being reset, or the DS3 itself is. Either way you should focus on the Blue Tooth area first. |
