I don't play skrim and almost look down on those who do. The idea of you getting a more skilled match in that mode is preposterous. But that's not the point. I wanted to ask: Who do you see AFK farm, Randoms or Vets? Because I don't see people complaining that randoms are doing it, just vets.

I love Skyrim I have been playing the Elder Scroll series for quite sometime. I don't really complain about AFK farmers if they wanna do it that is up to them but don't be on the forums with a opinion about this game like no stat reset or stat reset (whatever your opinion is) if you don't even fudging play the game! That is like somebody who is low class doesn't give anything back to society and doesn't even vote trying to give opinions how things should be. It is still done of course but really cmon your words fall upon deaf ears. Least I become deaf to those opinions.

Nope. The reason my Sentient Archon alt is rarely in ambush is because of CCPs gaming mechanics. My Sentient Archon alt does very well in Skirmishes and gets little or no rewards. However my An Angry Shihtzu alt runs and guns and gets some cool gear in Ambush OMS. Look out for me here !

Not sure I understand why this part is in the rant. Seems like you could almost replace skyrim with any game and it adds about as much to the discussion.

Um, I have never SP farmed and I do play Ambush and Skirmish lol. You are right you probably do play more Dust than I do, I have a girlfriend and friends and make money :) That has got to boil your noodle specially when somebody like me can still do good in this easy game :)

You 2 can fight over who I was talking to. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO I WAS TALKING TO!!! Somebody dissed Skyrim I had to defend it simple.

All the skyrim. My melee only character could do 3 million unarmed damage. Took 20 hours of crafting, enchanting, and potion making to get it there.

ambush is cod with shields. just gabage plain and simple. maps are garbage. gameplay is garbage. same suppression crap that the nerds fell back on in mag.




you can't look down on skirm because ambush is beneath it.

Skrims for scrubs with no gun game. Great place to find mass snipers and tankers. Ambush forces you to play also - so you either have the skill to own or you don't. Skrim is more forgiving. Thus a weaker mode. ^_^

Red line games are dull as hell too and make up 75% of the games.

I stopped playing Skirmish thanks to AFK farmers, too many stacked matches where half my team is dicking around in the MCC or redzone.

AFK farming is selfish and childish, but instead of whining I just go where it has less of an impact (Ambush OMS)

Funny you mention Ambush and gun game in the same sentence. OMS maybe. Ambush is just about who can follow the tank better, and who can drop the most tanks.

Killing people with AV stuff out isn't exactly what I cal gun game. Until CCP brings out a game mode with infantry only, there's isn't a game mode out there for gun on gun action.

Edit: tbh though, Skirmish is the closest thing to gun on gun cuz most tankers are too scared to leave Ambush. So yeah. Redlining 95% of the time, but before the redlining snoozfest begins, there's some gun play.

I mainly OMS myself, but my AV nades get lonely so I'll hop on regular once in a while lol. And I wish I had your experiences. All of mine are very very boring one sided games of waste my life.

Fallout 3 is one of the best games I've ever played in my life. FA: NV wasn't bad, just FA3 was just epic.

On the subject of AFKing, I did it once and felt bad about it. So now I "contribute to the team" by manning railgun installations

I think I'll contribute from now on by ramming my team with my LAV. Least I won't be afk! :D

I'm going to equate it like I have before.

AFK farmers are no better than drug addicts on welfare. You sit around and do nothing, and other people's work pays for you to do nothing.

And no matter how hard you try and justify it you can't, because it always comes back to "well I want my sp but don't want to play the game" key words there "I want"

As for the original question who do I see AFK farm randoms or vets. I'm saying vets. Hell a few people who have posted here have most of their clan doing it.

If they wanna farm let them. Right now their isn't much to do in the game. It isn't AFKers that is ruing the game.
