That's because the reply you quoted is a compilation of rumors and things that were never mentioned in videocast, along with some made up stuff.
The only thing even remotely related to Dust 514 were foxfour's shoes. The shoes were there during the entire videocast. And they are going to be used as the inspiration for a new Gallente battleship. Not even a ground troop transport.
The videocast was about EVE and only EVE. Part about drones was devs talking about how to make using spaceship drones more interesting.
They mentioned faction warfare and that it had gotten attention for two expansions and was in a good place. That it was a great place to PvP for new EVE players looking for a quick fight. Faction warfare won't be changed again anytime soon. |
