It means your client feels you hit the stuff, but server says no.
This happens due to many reasons, the most usual being that you hit terrain instead of the target; terrain between just is not showing on your screen due to draw distance detail lowering. |

I've written these off as lag/desynch. Especially in those Asia Gameshow games earlier, this would happen constantly and the damage might be applied a few seconds afterwards. Sniping on moving targets gets blue shields quite often as well.
Another thing worth noting is that there are spots (particularly visible when you are sniping) where you will get blueshields trying to snipe everywhere on the map, even if the line between you and target is definitely clear. So some locations are out of synch.
Last patch brought a similiar issue - I think - with the red radar indicators being totally out of place. If you look from MCC to another in Line Harvest (the 4 point map) with scope, the red indicators are moving in really odd places midway in air between MCC and ground, while the actual enemy is walking in the ground below. I wonder if it's a similiar calculation error that shows the enemy in the wrong place on your client? |
