Hey guys I really never had any issues with Dust or my PS3 system before until yesterday. It started in the morning and won't stop. I barely get any kind of connection to the PSN and to Dust.
I checked my Internet settings over and over again, also my router settings to make sure this problem can't come from there.
Sometimes I get a connection to the PSN and try to join Dust, but after that all menus keep loading and loading and nothing happens until I finally get the Information that I am disconnected from the PSN and automatically it switches back to the Home-Screen. I tried to go in the market which is also terribly slow, if it works.
I checked the Internet-Test on the PS3 with funny results, without changing any settings I get different results sometimes there shall be no Internetnet connection, sometimes no connection to the PSN, sometimes no NAT which is normally set up to NAT-2. Which didn't even once worked was the Up and Download.
I read on the Internet that there was an update of the PSN yesterday, and as we all no: No Update without new problems.
So is anyone else experiencing same problems or had this issues maybe in the past and know how to help?
I already deleted DUST because I thought I could solve this problem this way, but as the market don't want to work too I have now 2 Problems: No Dust, and no real PSN connection.
Please help a merc out, I am frustrated, took me like 4 hours of kitten around with my settings yesterday with no results. |

[EDIT] I am formating my PS3 right know. Hopefully this brings a cure for this disease.
I've been getting a lot of random drops since the new psn update as well. Doesn't matter if I'm playing Dust or another game.

Thanks for this information, at least I'm not alone. Did you try anything out to kill this issue? I will let you know if formating the PS3 helped me with that. |

I was thinking of trying the port forwarding (I believe mentioned above) but I haven't gotten to it yet. |
