Here are some numbers I got. Either the stats menu is glitched or the stacking penalties are not working. Using the A-series Assault dropsuit:
-2 Shield Rechargers (30%)
From 27.25 to 35.42: 29.98% increase (very small penalty)
-3 Shield Rechargers (45%)
From 27.25 to 38.45: 41% increase (seems to work)
-2 Kinetic Catalyzers (10%)
From 7 to 7.67: 9.6% increase (small penalty)
-2 Stamina Regulators (100% stamina regen and 50% total stamina)
Stamina regen: From 15 to 32.28: 115% increase (WTF?)
Total stamina: From 150 to 228.24: 52% increase (stacking bonus lol)
And damage mods.

I think we already cleared up confusion of the damage mods in this thread here: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=66216
Also, you should include the numbers from the armor plate speed penalty. Apparently, someone said that the stacking penalties applied to the speed reduction of armor plates as well.

Module bonuses are compounded, not added. That's why it's confusing you. 2 modules that give 50% bonus with no penalty would give a 125% boost, not 100% |

I'm adding the %, 3 rechargers 15% each is 45%. The stacking penalty shows 41% so it's working... |

Wyrm, they don't add up. They multiply together.
It would 1.15 x 1.15 x 1.15, without stacking penalties.
Edit: Also, as a further aside, CCP has already said that the stats in the fitting screen aren't being calculated right. They're right in every way that matter, but they just show up wrong. |

Yeah, you don't add percentages, you multiply them. |
