looks like a really good place to have a vehicle-free battle...
...provided Bolas aren't stupid enough to try and submerge themselves into the ocean floor and crash into the buildings and force fully make way into the complexes, in turn flooding the whole place and drowning everyone in it just to give you a damn LAV that is already incapable of operation due to having its system completely flooded and shorted out...
