To explain, you might start off with a few different skills, but that's it. After you start your character can learn anything you want regardless of what race traditionally used what type of module/suit/weapon.
Edit: The only reason it might matter is if you are into RPing, and even then I'm sure you could come up with a good reason as to why an Amarr soldier would be fighting for a Minmatar corp/faction. |

You can get a skill that allows you to have some slight bonuses for vehicle turrets depending on your race.
I figure there will be one for dropships later on in the future.

I could be wrong but I think it is Caldari/Amarr get the Onikuma(shields) and Gallente/Minmatar get the Baloch(armor). I only know for certain that Caldari/Amarr get the Onikuma, just guessing for Gallente/Minmatar
I'm a Minmatar and one of my friends is a Gallente, and we both have a Baloch starter fit. So, you are correct. |
