This is probably a dumb question but the Toxin AR is standard issue on one of the new dropsuits, given out as rewards for the Caldari Prime battle?
Originally I hated the iron sights, but as I get used to them I appreciate that they allow me to maintain a wider field of view when aiming down sights then I would otherwise have if I was using a scope.

Huh, I guess I am not familiar with what passes for typical AR sights. I'm only stating that of the two options I've seen in-game (iron sights on the AR and the scope on the AR), I've grown to appreciate the iron sights more whereas I originally, like you, hated them.
I'm all for a better variant, though - clearly you feel one is out there. Thanks for spending the time to post a snarky comment related to my reply, but not answer my original question related to where to find the illuminated variant.

the the 15 aur hunter scout suit has it. its just green dots on the iron sights(normal sights you see now for good reason) while all the other iron sighted ARs are that noobish white color.
