How long has this game been like this? I read somewhere that it hasn't changed for two months, I read somewhere else that it's been this way for a year. Two maps, for an entire year? I can't imagine how dedicated you people are.
I personally have only been playing a couple of months and it's gotten a tad stale. 2 maps, 2 game modes, 2 variations of one game mode. I'm just not sure I should believe the claims of the game being the EXACT same for a year, so I felt like I should ask the community: Is it true? |

Its been a year, with only small technical upgrades (minor upgrades to graphics, hit detection, frame rate ect.)
They also tossed out the only fun game mode in this game almost a year ago and replaced it with the redline fest they call skirmish. |

That's stupid. I can't imagine playing an unfinished game for a whole year, are they working on it at all? Or...Wow and they're having people pay for AUR. Well-played CCP. |

Have you ever followed game development? It takes a while, in fact, it takes a long time, to even develop patches to fix bugs, let alone code new features. Take, for example, Skyrim. It took a good month or two for the first patch to come in to fix a lot of game-breaking bugs. |

There are more than two maps, right now you can only play two because of the event. I can think of five different maps that I've played on, and I imagine those will be back after this event. |

This build has been out since around December 18th , last build before that was codex which was sometime in October or September. The last time they added anything new was the E3 build or codex. This build we are in right now was suppose to fix bugs and some refinements( and added iron sights) . Usually CCP usually releases a build every 6 - 10 weeks . But its been about 14 - 15 weeks , although they did have a 2 week off vacation . So basically 8 - 10 months of nothing really new I think. |
