try reducing your number of open channels if you have a lot of big ones. They lead to more freezes during gameplay.

im firecracker ,had to use wifes account to post . cant get in form ether. in game first 2 min of game if lucky most time in war barge befor game. runing by my self . cant aford to get to close to any one or group , in fear .. onec here and there who cares but every game . |

Been having this exact same problem for almost a week now. Came to post this. I have closed all channels I can, reinstalled 3 times, and tried every snake oil trick in the book, to no avail. Any help would be great! |

Whatever was changed during down time on 3/25 helped somewhat with the freeze problem, for a while. After 8 games with no problem, it crept back to occurring every game. I don't know what you did CCP, but that cemented in my mind that its not my ps3's problem. |

You could try running the PS3 Database rebuild. Give your system a fresh start. You only lose old messages and song playlists I think. I did it last night.

I have also been getting this since the last couple of updates. I either get kicked out the match or my screen freezes up on me that I have to do a hard shutdown on the PS3. There also something that been happening more frequently my dropsuits dont seem to drop after death. Even though the items get reduced within edit it still shows the original ammount. There been times in battle say i carry 5 of a suit i die 6 times I can still use the same suit wihout restocking. |

@ Soozu. Thanks for the idea. I ran the rebuild, didn't take long. Didn't help either, still froze on the second game. Thanks though.
At this point, I'm tempted to start a troubleshooting list because I've tried almost everything. Does anyone else have something to try? |

Much worse after today's downtime, can maybe make it 5 minutes into a game before PS3 freeze up. |

been having this problem for a while Iv redownloaded almost 20 times did the system rebuild, deleted saved data, deleted channels, cleaned Hard drive, and still longest I'v made it in over a month is 4 games and BAM corrupted data. |

I'm having the same issue. I don't have any channels open. I've reinstalled twice now and I tried the database rebuild but the game freezes in the middle of a match with no particular reason or cause. Seems to freeze about 5-10 minutes into a match and I've been doing a variety of activities... walking, running, sniping, reloading, jumping, shooting, and even sitting perfectly still waiting for someone to respawn. |

Been experiencing the same issue for 4 days now. Freezing in MQ, freezing in Warbarge, freezing mid-game...no rhyme or reason to it. Still have voice but screen is frozen. I've reinstalled, power cycled and reset my router. Needs fixed NOW. This is a rediculous bug to be having this far into this build. CCP seriously, I can't even play without freezing. |

Just stopped. I had given up on trying to fix it till the 15, when I was going to try swapping out my hard drive. I had done everything else. |
