It would be nice if they told the people who they wanted to play what time it is in their time zone. I understand I can go to google and find a converter but should I have too?

The news post gives the time in EST (but didn't specify AM or PM for those that really struggle with the conversion)

So, for U.S. EDT (Daylight Savings) you subtract 4 hours. Thus the event runs from 18:00 (5:00pm) to 02:00 (2:00am) in the eastern U.S..

The Canadian Maritimes would be an hour "later" (6:00pm to 3:00am), while the Pacific Coast is three hours "earlier" (2:00pm to 11:00pm).

I know my conversion already. I'm speaking for everyone else. Do you really believe that everyone knows their conversion? Again should they have to convert it? You are already singling out a certin demographic why not convert it? It's too easy to be hard.

Pretty sad if you or anyone else can't convert gmt to your tz and your two post's contradict each other

I believe you are all smart enough to figure out what time it is in GMT figure it out from there.

But... math! Just realized the post said EST and not EDT.

I had seen the 22:00 UTC so I knew it was in the evening for the US, although the news post does say 11:30 EST so there is an half hour discrepancy between the forum and the news post.

Doesn't "March 18th at 22:00 GMT" = 22:00 - 4 for EDT = 18:00 which is 6:00 PM or am I really time disabled?
