That simple.
Only reason i say this is so CCP can have enough data from us playing to figure out the problem, since they did fix an even more annoying glitch that required you to reset the whole system.
So your using an older more horrible glitch to justify this one... really
Fanboi Logic Fail
I think the real problem is that a glitch at this scale was released in first place. It somehow got passed QA, and it really makes me question if CCP plays their game anymore.
On a side note, CCP response time to this game breaking glitch was about 12 hrs. That is really unacceptable.

Sorry but I have to disagree, 12 hours to get word of the glitch, find out what was causing it, address how to fix it without reverting back to what you tried to fix in the first place, and then get it through Sony. That sounds pretty decent to me, not amazing or anything but rather far from unacceptable.
Firstly we have not one, but two community mangers, and a huge amount of Devs/GMs. 12 hours is too long IMO. Furthermore, Hotfixes do not need to be QA by Sony, so they should be instantaneous.
Lastly, it was a side note. My main issue was it getting through CCP QA's in the first place. |
