Apologies for such a long message.....
Seems to me there may be a problem with the way the cap is working now. OK, so I understand that when you reach the cap the amount of SP you can earn from each battle goes down a lot, no more than 1500 sp per battle(if using boosters as I do).
BUT, the way the cap now seems to work you hit it each week when your total active AND passive sp reaches the cap figure.
So, for example, if you play a lot at the start of the week when your passive sp is low you can pretty much get all of it in active sp, and then just let the passive sp mount up to take you to the maximum possible for a week. OTOH, if say you don't get to play until late in the week you'll already have accumulated a lot of passive sp so you'll hit the cap, and start earning less sp per battle, when you're still far short of what you could earn in active sp per week.
Play a LOT early in the week, easy to max out on active sp; play exactly the same scores later in the week and you won't be able to reach the weekly target.
Is this really intended? as we moved away form this last build.
Seems to me the weekly cap from battles should be the same no matter whether you play early or late in the week. In other words, passive sp shouldn't be counted in deciding whether you've reached the cap which triggers the drop off in the amount of sp you earn per battle. It has and I still have 60K to earn from battles but on diminishing returns AGAIN !
Example; suppose you hit the cap IE: the point after which the amount you earn from battles goes down, after earning 500,000 sp. If you play early in the week you continue to earn the higher sp from battles until you've got almost 500,000 sp because you have little passive sp at that stage. OTOH, if you leave it to later in the week when you might have already have say 250,000 passive sp, you'll reach the fall off in sp earned from battles after only earning about 250,000sp. This makes it nigh on impossible to reach the max possible for that week because you'd have to make up the difference between the sp you've earned at the point where you hit the cap and the sp earned by the early in the week player at the low capped rate per battle.
My SP from Wed Reset to now, YES I keep track of every penny I put in this game.
5649240 SP SP from battles only - not inclusive of passive.
293681 SP from battles because I use boosters I know my cap is 358400, meaning I still have approx 65K to earn
BUT.... with the addition of passive SP added to my Active SP I have crossed a threshold and have since yesterday got a 1500 max SP per battle, and even if I hit 1500 points per game I still have another 40 to play, thats more hours than I have already played this week.
Have you changed back to the previous build, with diminishing return !

I have not payed enough attention to this to know for myself and have heard various things from various people. But if the SP earned by the active booster doesn't count towards the cap, but actually extends the amount by 1.5, then the weekly cap would be 285,000 SP a week with active booster which is about how much you said you earned before you hit cap. The boosters do raise the cap by 150% too, so it's something in the 280k region (don't recall the exact number). OP - I don't know where you got your 358400 from
Sorry, its the passive and active sp totalled, but I will add that I may be incorrect as I did spot an error, so I'll have to recheck it all next reset.
