now then, I'll even give you the benefit of the doubt and say those 16 you field may even be better than the average blueberry(unlikely, I know but bear with me) you're still going up against other corps that recruit well, not with trying to bully random people into joining, but by field testing blueberries(sending out a non-filled squad and seeing if anyone joins, and if they do, seeing how well they respond to orders, and how good they are with their weapon of choice) Finding out their skillset and working them into the group so each squad is balanced in a tactical manner.
tell me, who do you think is going to win, the well-equipped, used to working with each other, squad of the best an "elite" corp has to offer, or your group of people who for all we know are meeting for the first time due to your corp's insistence on quantity over quality. I know which side I'd bet ISK.
Someone obviously doesn't get how these battles work. We can field much more than 16 at a time, in fact, we can field 160 at almost any given time. We can field the number of districts you own x16, read the dev blog a few more times, your reading comprehension obviously needs a little work.

At the end of our last journey we remained intact and strong, still fighting the good fight. History will no doubt repeat itself despite the different battleground and I assure you all we'll still be here. We'll watch as many others come and go, as they once did, each having their own opinion on our operation and at the end of the day none of that will matter.
Now I would kindly ask that you cease creating these useless threads which achieve nothing. If you could put aside your issues and invest your efforts into building your own corporations this community would be better off. Strong and in tact? You guys lost to GEN and contraban broke his mag disc. I was there.
Crimson Moon V wrote:How did you get anger from that post? I was pointing out facts. I was there that day. GEN had terrible teamwork and communication and you still lost. How does one lose to GEN? So bad.
Way to twist the situation to work to your favor, mind if I list a few more of the facts?
You where there? So was I, and I don't believe you were a member of GEN the day before the battle. I'm not saying you weren't there, but I am saying that GEN didn't win that battle.
Every PRO player in that battle was a permanent member of PRO, in fact, we had over 80 PRO show up to be a part of that battle. All of GEN's top players in that battle, including yourself, weren't members of GEN just hours before. I'm aware there was no restriction on ringers in that battle. I'm also aware that GEN did not have the numbers to field a full team without you. Don't act like we got stomped either, a majority of PRO went positive, several with 40+ kills, most with 35+.
Yes, we lost that battle, with less than 5 seconds left, because of GEN's ringers. So, while it is true that we lost, we did not lose to GEN, we lost to a group of organized ringers with a bunch of GEN behind them. |

So that's really not an excuse. Given GEN had about a full squad of ringers. You still shouldn't have lost PRO>GEN tbqh EDIT-Only nubs go to community colleges. Gun Rascal actually played with us quite regularly, I had fought with him many times outside of any type of clan battle, long before the GEN CB.
We did have many old members that came back for that battle, but all of them had been full members of PRO at one time or another. As Carl stated, we had a strict rule against ringers in that battle, and we adhered to it. |
