As many of you realize by now, the black screen glitch is the new sensation in the Beta. It takes away your gun, and makes you walk like you have a turd up your arse. Now I'm all for this "Welcome to New Eden" and "This is a beta" or "HTFU"... but maybe this might be taking those phrases too far
I can't HTFU if I can't shoot CCP! lol... I can't judo chop people sadly.
But hey, thankfully I can buy the new Scout Suit available >.> ... then lose it cuz I'll die due to no guns.
So if I lose AUR cuz of this glitch, is that my fault? Or should CCP refund people? (not saying I'm entitled to anything, just pointing out the obvious) |

AUR is kind of a, "buy at your own risk" type of deal.
You're choosing to spend money on an unstable product, and I'm pretty sure it's clearly defined in their terms that it's non refundable in most / all cases.
Haven't had the chance to play yet, so I'm curious about this glitch |

I am using cheap fits till this glitch is solved although watching a protobear standing around like he had some kind of medical problem was quite amusing. |

This is what happens when newberries complain about the learning curve, they nerf the game by taking away your guns ... I suggest harsh language |

I kinda disagree with that tbh. Yea I buy stuff knowing I can lose it when I die... but when that death is caused by not having weapons cuz of a glitch, that wasn't always there, I kinda feel I'm getting ripped a little.
Just my opinion. |

As soon I get the black screen I am turning the PS3 off. There is only so much fail that I can handle. |

So far I have observed this but it only seems to be affecting Assault suits. Sadly I saw someone keep getting revived and then stand there like he had a lobotomy. It happened over and over again.
I saw one guy go wandering into enemy fire on purpose to make the pain stop. |

Not that I've seen. Just a couple of militia prefit AUR suits. |

A friend of mine had this glitch earlier today, and his deaths, while counting for clone count, weren't counting for loss of gear. He didn't end up having to buy a single replacement for the suits he "lost" in the battle. |

Cool.
But did he restart his system and check? Sometimes, for whatever reason, the loss of suits don't register. I've had it happen to me a couple times, only to realize i was glitched and needed to restart, and sure enough i lost suits. |

reports are trickling in that you don't lose a fitting, just the clone. |
