Came across this on Youtube after seeing a forum about someone complaining about aimbots. It is worth bringing to CCP's attention I think....

I will repeat this again since I don't want CCP wasting there time. This game is Client Side. If you don't understand what it entails google it. It's not like most online games on the console. Your only hope to 'hack' is mod your PS3 - which Sony will eventually find out and perma ban your IP for. |

I can save you time right now and tell you Bot Hacking or Aim hacking or ISK hacking or SP hacking - all not possible. The other things... however... comes with risks. |

Yes.
And obviously that is just designed to fish out your PSN account ID and then keylogg your password. afterwards.
Thing about there types of 'hacks' that this video claims, is that they need to connecta and modify the data in CCP's databases and from there modify correct DB items.
These aren't data that are in our PS3's HDD. |

Also I believe you can report these kind of stupid videos to [email protected]? If that is still working... I remember it was working for NDA breaching video reports so it should work for this too. |

i dont want to know how many virus, trojans, keyloggers, maleware and other stuff comes with that programm. Another thing is he didnt even showed if he actually got AUR in the game. Just a big scam and if you fall for it then its your fault. |

When you download that crap, the opposite of what happens in the vid happens to you character.
Log on next day to find it devoid of stuff and shoved out an airlock without your body armor on, next to a star going supernova = deleted character.
Modded PS3 i can believe, but thats gonna require a whole mod up from the ground for 1 game aaand the next psn update invalidates all that work or bans that console user.
Aimbots on dust aint gonna happen.
