TEA-GERONIMO EV TRUE TEA BAGGERS 6	Posted - 2013.03.13 18:08:00 - [1] - Quote look, ccp iv never complain about your game building. iv run ar since i started dust. yes it was op. yes, u fix that. now there is a problem with the hit detection. i have spent a week get my azz kick by heavys. im a good shot an never mess. Now it looks like you are just try to put me down in a hole. i can`t kill anyone with ar, an its maken me mad. if the ar stay the way it is , then i wont my money back. im not ask for much. just when i aim an shot, my bullets should hit there mark. that is only fare. when i play other games my bullets hit the mark. mag, cod, gta. ccp is it that u hate me for being a good shot? or is it you just wont to put down your good players? Do you wont everyone but the warriors to leave your game? If someone was to out shoot me, then ok. But to give them a upper hand over me sucks. If i shoot my ar an nothing happens to the enemy. then they shot me an i die. where is the fare play there?

If you want to play a fully functional finished game then look for one that doesn't have 'beta' in the name ! There are still lag issues here causing hit detectiin to be off at times, we're all suffering from it at times, sometimes it persists, sometimes it's brief. If it makes the game unplayable for you then go do something else n look out for the new build announcement, don't come on here whining about favouritism towards others because at the time you were suffering from lag.

I really do enjoy you running around shooting me in the back the whole match, when we're on the same team. just do me a favor and drop some nanos ;)

But after translating what you did say Geronimo, you can't really expect every AR to be 100% accurate all the time. It is CCP gave the guns accuracy ratings. Someone with an AR should not be able to out shoot a sniper at the snipers max range with perfect accuracy. I'm not sure if this is what you were getting at but just because your dot is over top someone does not mean that the bullet should always hit (assuming that hit detection did work the way it should). The only 2 weapon types that 100% accuracy should be for is a sniper rifle and laser rifle. Sniper because it only shoots one bullet at a time while standing still and laser because it is a beam of light. But someone shooting an AR at the speeds that it does (depends on gun) and while moving should not have that 100% accuracy I believe that you want it to. Now this is a new game and I would like to believe that CCP is trying to make a game that accounts for this line of thinking which other games like CoD, MAG, and GTA seems to lack. I hope this addresses your concern. But all in all, this is New Eden and much like with EvE, its toughen up and roll with the punches and learn a new way to deal with those kicking your kitten or leave New Eden and go back to Azeroth.

They will not be giving back your money because this is not a problem with most players I know. The hit detection is spot on for me, and vice versa. When I die with a one shot snipe I know it was aimed at my head! I suggest you wait till the next build! If you are still unhappy then, yes, go and take your friends and go and play COD2!

If you look at some of the more recent youtube footage of gameplay it's easily noticeable. Or... just play the game and you can see it. Nothing like the first 10 bullets into someone disappearing into thin air and then magically they start taking damage 3 secs later. Some of these "backend" modifications you have made CCP might have f'd something up... again.

Today I fixed my Dust 514 hit detection problems by playing Borderlands 2.
