Alright, supposedly there is a significant blog coming this Thursday about what is in the next patch.
...Lets say that its content is mostly referring to a patch that is released at the end of April for the fanfest (or afterword)...
Scenario 1:
...Lets say that patch actually does iterate on district ownership so that there will be more to fight over and about...
What will we do until then? What will you be directing your players as corp leaders to be doing for the next 45+ days? This could be nearly 2 million SP worth of development and countless of millions of isk and loot... Do we just grind for warchests?
Scenario 2:
...Lets say that the patch does not iterate on district ownership yet or anything relevant that changes how we battle...
Now, how interested do you think your corp will be? Do you think people will still be buying active/passive boosters, etc?
Scenario 3:
...Lets say that the iteration is actually on PvE and not PvP...
What does that mean for stats? How do you anticipate interest in PvE changing interest in PvP? If you die in PvE should it be counted as part of your deaths? What about warpoints earned from these kinds of battles? |
