What causes corpses and gear to disappear so fast? They look like they are burning. What is happeneing to them? |

Mass Drivers, Forge guns, Grenades, and Rail guns all cause immediate death. Every other weapon causes you to bleed out, which allows some time to still be revived with a nanite injector. |

Yep it is fun shooting a guy in a LAV, rather than the vehicle, as it looks like a charred brickett sitting there or standing there if they are the gunner until they burn up and fade away leaving a pristine LAV behind. |

Headshots from most weapons will also insta-kill you. |

I assume it is similar to what you see in the original Crysis game when your guys die and Prophet is all "Well we can't let them get our amazing tech, time to burn." And he proceeds to push a button and you burn into a pile of goop.
This is just better because it leaves no goop. |
