I think this will be a helpful addition for the gamers e and I do not believe it is going to be so hard to add. Just a suggestion. |

Short answer no.
Long answer
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Prone as it stands right now would just allow people to exploit headvglitching even more than they already do.
Maybe if that were fixed and some limitations I.e. no way in hell is a heavy with an hmg gonnabbe able to lay down and shoot the damn thing
Also absolutely no diving this is not cod and I dont want it to be.
If itbis implementedvitvhas to be an ordeal to do cause letsvbe honest most of the suits wouldn't makevit easy to dovso. |

A heavy firing an HMG from the most stable firing platform outside of a turret mounting is less plausible than the same heavy walking around firing it? Granted, a heavy does look like it would have issues with the prone position, but none of the other suits do. Going prone is a time-tested battle tactic going back at least a century, likely to the invention of firearms themselves. I'd love to see a prone option added, drop your move speed to a fraction, cut your scan profile, improve weapon accuracy, take better advantage of cover. There are plenty of reasons to add prone; and if your only objection is an exploit that can be fixed and wanting no resemblance to other FPS games, well that's not changing my mind. +1 to the OP. |

when they fix hit detection it would be great.
until then. i don't think it would be a good idea. half the rounds not counting is already bad enough and you think they should be given the ability to make the hit boxes practically disappear. |

Nope, disagree with prone idea. While drop shotting and prone sniping would ba a great addition to anyones arsenal, i feel it ruins this games great pacing and match-ups in gun fights. The current stance options as is forces one to look at such things as match-ups and to rely more on aiming and evasion skill rather than gimmicks, (counterstrike.... shootmania (bracket in bracket you cant even crouch on shootmania)... the international tournament fps')

my thought exactly. But in the end, when those glitches are gone. I'm not against it |
