I have just assigned one of our mercs to be a recruiter, but he says he cannot figure out how to process the applications. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Most our recruiters are EVE based, so this is a new found issue

Might be the wrong section and anyway i'm not even sure if it is a troll post. Anyway, i think the problem is that the recruiter is not a director. |

Not a troll post, I made this off a tablet while travelling. I've since logged in and discovered that the menu is obvious, the problem must be something else.
Assigning the member Director - does this have to be done? |

Neocom>Corporation>My Corporation>Applications>Wait to load>select the applications if there are any |

Yes it does, you need to make sure you trust said member before you make him/her a director as they will gain full access to the abilities to kick members, set up corp battles (for any ISK value), or even steal the entire corporation wallet if they decide they want to. |

CCP has said that they will be giving us the option for more specific roles in the future. But as it is now, you better trust whoever you give director to.
