OK, so I have all of the Light Weapon skills at least at level 1 (Capacity, Sharpshooter, Rapid Reload, and Upgrade) with Capacity and Rapid Reload at level 3, and I don't think that they are working.
Both my Militia Assault Rifle and my 'Exile' AR only have the stock number of round in the magazine (48 and 60 respectively). They should have 15% more each, or 55 or 69 respectively.
I also have the Sidearm skills at level 1 and my 'Toxin' SMG only has the base 80, instead of the 84 bullets it's supposed to have.
Am I right and assuming that these skills are bugged, and focus on other skills, or do these skills not work with militia and BPO weapons? |

Total ammunition, not rounds in the clip are what the Capacity Skill upgrades. If you are running an AR with a 60 round clip and 300 rounds of total ammo the level 1 of that Skill will leave you with a 60 round clip and 315 rounds of ammo.
The rest will be clearer soon with the new UI and making the adjustments by Skill boosts easier to discern.
The CPU usage is handled but is difficult to figure out as it doesn't appear in the fittings until you put the Light Weapon in the Suit. But when you increase Circuitry to lvl 5 you will be able to fit items that were CPU limited. That is also true when the CPU requirements for Light Weapons are reduced. Such as the 93 CPU requirements for higher level Sniper rifles.
Please note that there are some consistent Arithmetic Errors that are off by one. So don't get in a tizzy about those either as they have been reported many, many times. |

My bad for understanding the way that these skills are supposed to work, I really thought that it increased clip size, not your total ammo count.
It seems more balanced that way actually, , thanks for clearing that up.
