$14.99 USD, though prices vary by region. I think its 9.99 in the UK...
Though, if you make enough money in EVE, you can buy PLEX... which is an in-game item that acts as a voucher for game time. Each PLEX you use in-game adds 30 days to your account. |

Less then dust if you want to maintain active boosters. It's 14 a month for the one month package, and 13 a month if bought in a 3 month package. At the moment the cheapest option in DUST is costing 20 a month, that's buying a Merc pack for the 30 day active and AUR to buy the passive with a little left over to buy whet ever your weapon of choice is and a 30 day UVT.
Personally i think that's akin to selling hotdogs in packages of 10 and hotdog buns in packages of 8. Not quite a scam, as you are getting what you pay for, but still a source of disappointment, and wasted money. |

No. Once your trial period ends, you either buy yourself a subscription or create a new account. Of course, you can try and make enough money to buy a PLEX, but that is very unlikely and hard to do on a trial account(unless someone happens to be generous). |

Is it true or how many would you have to play on average to get the amount of isk to get a PLEX? |

It gets easier as you learn the game better, get better standings, and more skills. The standard for most highsec players are level four missions. An hour/day everyday running level 4 missions properly, would be more than enough to plex an account (or alternatively, 7 hours per weekend). |

EVE is my main game, I have been playing it since 2007. It cost $14.99 per month to play. After the 14 day trial (or 21 day extended trial if you get a buddy invite) you have to subscribe to the game. While it is true that players can purchase PLEX for isk to extend your game time, it is unlikely to be able to afford it as a new character. PLEX prices fluctuate, but I believe they are between 500 million and 800 million ISK a pop at the moment. Also keep in mind that every PLEX in game was bought by somebody using cash, and sold in the in-game market.
The average EVE player makes much more than what Dust players currently can. I have heard rumors of incursion runners or wormhole-dwellers being able to make in the vicinity of 800 billion ISK in a month without much of an issue, though I have never been able to come close to that amount.

Even if you could somehow exploit trial accouts, it wouldnt get you anywhere for free. Since there is a point to where you wont be able to train anymore, since the higher level ships and skills can only be trained on a payed subscription.
To make money while mining, you would want a Retriever or something similar.... but you cannot train one skill that is required to pilot one on a trial account. Effectively making you unable to make any legitament amount of money or equipment. |

A newer casual player running missions can probably expect to make an average of 10 million a day. I wish. I only just got 10 million because some guys have been kind enough to give me some isk because they're interested in my joining their corp. Level One missions generally make 100K - 200K per mission. They're not hard, but they're time consuming. |
