Dear CCP,
I know the community have been nagging you for moar devblogs and content updates since you posted it in the Chomosome build release blog.
You've spoken about racial dropsuits coming on previous podcasts, so one would expect to see a glimpse of that in a newly posted video blog titled "Dropsuits make the man". The question however is:
How could you not show the upcoming suits ?

Do they still need to be modelled or something?
Some concept sketches?
Something, just anything really.
And while I'm venting a bit, will that new build that has the vegetation (concept sketches, preview renders?) also finally see that scrambler rifle / unknown caldari rifle / rocket pistol you've previously teased in devblogs?

My money is on a devblog tomorrow. My guess is that the IGN piece is more for external marketing and not for the current Beta community.
There is the assumption that the current population of players is only a fraction of the future player base. They would be balancing their marketing time/efforts in recruiting and retaining. |
