Either buffer up or go for a wicked fast recharge rate. Also, I could see this suit being very nice if they ever introduce shield hardener modules.

Those methods dont really work here because theres a delay on when your shields start recharging, its not a constant thing. The reasoning for my build is that when you have that much HP your base shield recharge rate isnt enough to refill your total shield HP fast enough. So you need to boost it so you can get back in the fight quicker.

I dont think any of the core shield skills reduce the cpu usage of the regulators. but this is a solid build.

Shield enhancements unlocks rechargers and extenders and also only applies its bonus to those items. Honestly I think my dream build will be more fitting on a proto suit (plus some additions cause of extra slots), but its nice to think I could get all that on the B-series.
