instead of having to save up on sp to upgrade a big skill let us be able to dump different amounts of sp into the skill. Ex. say i have 50,000 sp I spend 38,500 on a armor upgrade, i could dump the rest to my tank skills to passively upgrade it instead of having to save up like 500,000 sp and spendig it all at once |

Similar to how you can partially train a skill in Eve? I like it. But that means yet another thing to be stored on the servers for a free-to-play game. But then again, it is just a few numbers. Seems like a simple addition. Like a "savings account" or something. I would use it. |

I don't really see the point. your "savings account" as you call it, is already there. If you don't spend your skills, they stay in your "savings" account. What's the difference between waiting for x amount of skill points and applying them to a skill, or waiting half the time for 1/2x skills and dumping them in twice?

Most people would have difficulty saving up like 500,000 sp without buying another skill so dumping random amounts will fix that problem. This way you can buy that other skill dump some in the skill you want to upgrade without temptations or having to focus one skill at a time. |

i sort of like this idea also. i mean saving up for tank upgrades is very frustraiting. every time i get to about 150k sp saved up i find something else i wanna skill into and i spend all of it. i would like to place small amounts over time to finally upgrade a skill. |
