I would to be able to spawn on my squad leader. I think this would be a good option to have. |

That will work in the Ambush game mode.
The squad leader can find a "safe" place, for their squad members to spawn. Maybe as an addition to the new spawn system?
That will open new tactical options, and make Ambush more appealing to Corporations. |

If your squad can spawn on your squad leader then why do the drop uplinks exist? It is the squads own fault if they don't have someone packing drop uplinks. |

I carry drop uplinks but game play is fluid and you don't necessarily stay in the area you dropped it. It just seems when a game starts i get spawned on the opposite side of the map to my squad mates |

Ohh, are you just talking at the start of the match spawning with your squad? If it's just that then I support it. I don't think the squad leaders should be a permanent mobile cru for your 3 other squad mates. That means as long as your leader is good at hiding the 3 others can keep spawing in at a hack location in skirmish or near a tank or C.R.U in either mode. |

If this could be implemented i think it would encourage squads to work together more. CRU's are grenade magnets, also it would be a good idea if enemy uplinks didn't appear on radar. |

That is why you got to be cautious on where you lay your uplinks down. If you lay it down in the middle of the battlefield or near the capture point, it is going to be blown up. If your smart enough to hide it a little bit then you got yourself a sold spawn point for your squad and all the blueberries. I don't agree that the enemies drop points should not show up on the radar. You should be able to see them on the radar and hunt them down. If your worried about people camping it, then have the person who laid it down put down a new one when you find people around it. The only thing I could add on not seeing the enemies uplinks is maybe make the radar a little less precise. |

Perhaps the way to compromise would be that drop uplinks don't appear on radar unless an enemy gets to within 5 metres of it |

I prefer the sky spawn method that section 8 had where you used your suits thrusters to slow u down if u did it too late you would hit the ground hard causing you to be immobile for 3 seconds or die if you did nothing at all.
And you could get shot at but its hard to hit something coming from the atmosphere at that speed until they start slowing down as for trying to spawn on the enemy side there where AA guns that would kill you if u tried it.
But this would only be if u were doing a regular spawn a drop link spawn should open a tiny wormhole your guy steps out unable to be hit for a few seconds cause of the transfer energy. |

I don't have a problem with squad spawning and uplink spawning they are pretty much 2 different things cause with the uplink anyone can spawn on it but only your squad can spawn on each other and i don't think uplinks do appear unless your real close to them or maybe i am just not paying attention. |

the vid when you start up DUST, where it shows the 4 heavies being dropped from suborbit, that is what Skyspawning would be for us, and i HOPE they will implement that.
you arent hte only one to bring up that idea, infact, many people talked about it on a forum thread a while ago |
