Is this something that was shown at last year's fanfest? E3 2012? I can't find it on the CCP youtube channel, but that might just be the fact that there's a metric ship ton of content (pun intended) that isn't about Dust 514 there. |

I hadn't seen that trailer and it actually gives me a lot of confidence that CCP have the capability to create the mood and dramatic scale that the game is going to require because up until now I hadn't seen any real indication that this cinematic quality was something they were skilled at.
If that's an indication of the intended direction, I pretty much don't need to criticise the sound/ambience of the game as it is.

This was 2011 future vision of eve online. Almost nothing in that trailer came to life other than Incarna with one room and one person. 2012 future vision is closer to coming true the only major feature that was showcased not in yet is ships actually falling apart in eve online.
This was trailer was made on carbon engine, something they scrapped since then.
What the 2013 trailer will have we have no idea. One can hope though. |

That's all CCP footage originally shown at Fanfest, iirc.
I love the top comment on the Youtube page from DrTranZ(bolded the part that made me laugh):

LOL - the doctor nailed it. Fter reading that I'm really hoping CCP gives us the option someday to do suicide bombardment
