I find it relaxing, because i like to solo Skirmish after playing hours of Ambush with the corp and i snipe every once in awhile. Charge rifle + 3 plex damage mods. lol OHK newberries across the map XD ^^ still doesnt compare to a Thale. Ive seen one in action, and it made me really want to quit Skilling into AV and just go all into Sniper Rifle. Im sure he received alot of hate mail that match.

Im only at Sniper Rifle L2, there isnt enough "stuff" in the maps right now to really be as effective as the other classes of weapons. I consider them a funny wtf pwn weapon. Lasers are broke right now though because they damage armor at the same rate as shields, but other than that they work as advertised. Just get them at close range, the worst you will get is a light tan. lol

Clearly I failed in my attempt to make fun of those that keep complaining that nothing is balanced and there is only one way to play. Snipers are wrong, tanks are wrong, heavies are wrong, etc.

Just get them at close range, the worst you will get is a light tan. lol i dont think that statement is true, of course i haven't tested it, but it deffinitly feels like it takes more damage to armor then shields, it only seems like it does the same damage because 80% in this game run shield tanked suits, meaning 300 + shield HP, where as they only have about 100 + armor HP, So my theory is that it only seems like you go through the armor just as fast, when in reality you go through it much slower, its just that the average amor hp anyone has is much lower then the average shield HP right now.

Hopefully CCP can sort that out. What will all of you junk snipers do then?
