I have notice that when killed by a tank, in the kill feed it will say: Marauder....what ever the weapon was. I have been wanting to skill into this as I see it is very effective against infantry. However when I read the description I did not understand what it actually meant. So I been wanting to ask and also wanting a serious answer, however I been hesitating on posting on the forum because it seems that this forum is not used to gain any useful information but rather to troll people. So anyway I wanted to know what does the Marauder skill actually do and does it only work on Madruger/Sagaris tanks? Thank you in advance to anyone who actually helps and to everyone else happy trolling. |

I can't answer your question but you shouldn't be scared to post here. Yeah we have trolls but every forum does and some of us will answer any serious question with a serious answer- troll free.

From what I understand, it works like Ship Bonuses in EvE. The Marauder-class tanks each have a little subscript that denotes a damage bonus for a certain turret type with each rank in the Marauder skill (Sagaris is +4% Large Missile damage per rank, Surya is +4% Large Blaster damage per rank).
So to answer your question, the Marauder skill only affects tanks the Marauder tanks currently, and even then only the turret type specified in the description.
EDIT: Also, it's not saying "marauder" in the kill feed, you're misreading "madrugar". Easy thing to miss in the heat of battle. |

Best we can schedule this weekend and squad up as you are an old friend and I will try to answer your questions about tanks as I switched from shield to armor I know and use both of them. |
