Currently, the only advantage of wearing a higher tier suit is the extra module slots, they don't have better shields or armor, just slots and CPU/PG. That's why I think we should somewhat lower the costs of the suits, and instead raise the cost of modules to make up for it. A prototype suit should still be more expensive than a militia or level 1 suit, but their current prices seem a bit ridiculous.
The end result should be somewhat cheaper fits, but not by too much. |

Prices are fine in the current build.
CCP flattend suit shield/armor last summer because of QQing from bad players in close beta. They know who they are and should feel bad for it. Basically they couldn't kill good players or scouts (because of hit dection/lag compression issues) so CCPs solutions was to reduce EHP before fixing those issues.

Well it would also somewhat raise the price the price for people who just customize their starter fits instead of buying militia suits.

Damn QQ'ers, always ruining everything. Was it a big difference? I'd be happy even if it was small difference. Sh*t, even +10 hp for shields and armor per tier would be good with me. |
