gbhghg is a pilot, im a sniper.
or was, my kdr is around 4.0 or less most of the time, due to me skilling up as a DS pilot and a logistics soldier, should i need to use my rifle rather than my DS (Damn you swarm launchers and forge guns  )
onto the issue with snipers(Scratch that campers feels like it): deal with it.
not "Deal with it" as in nothing else you can do, more like try to adapt to the changing situation.
the battlefield is alive, constantly changing, CQC is perfect for HMG's, Shottys and in your face type weaponry. long range warfare favors the sniper rifle, laser rifle, the assault rifle (Tactical Variant) and vehicles. Once more maps start to go around,(Personal dream) is that some maps are beneficial to some while other maps would benefit another class.
if your being tagged by a sniper, ask a squad sniper, or anyone sporting the Scope and ask him to look for anyone perched up on higher places, its a common rookie mistake to go by the top of the mountains. sure you can gain more kills that way, but once someone spots you, your F**ked. this in real life is called the skyline.
