ok i have salvaged a gastuns forge gun but when i look for it its not in my assets and its not in my fittings its like i didnt salvage it this has happend multiple times had to make sure i wasnt seeing things |

would posting a link to youtube work i can only take video from my android phone and it only lets me upload to facebook or youtube sorry for the inconvience |

You could try searching for "missing salvage". That might give you many results from previous posts.
The replies will be very similar, if not exactly, like this:
You have found an Officer level weapon. They are only available via Salvage and are not in the Market nor will they show in Assets as they are neither.
To see them go to Dropsuit Fittings, select a Suit capable of using the weapon. In this case Light Weapon the Assault would work although a Heavy will allow all the weapons to be searched as the Heavy Weapon slot will accept Any Weapon (H/L/S).
Select a weapon and choose Replace from its sub-menu.
In Red you will see many weapons you have received from Salvage. These will include level 5 gear, Proto lvl gear as well as the Officer weapon you found.
No Video is really needed when a Search will provide the answers.  |

I didn't say you were an idiot. You assumed I meant that. That judgement is totally at your discretion and is something I feel you are probably qualified to determine. It is not something I am even remotely interested in. I merely pointed out that searching would be easier, now and in the future, versus recording video and posting it on the web so I could comment there and the entire YouTube community would be able to decide if searching was indeed a better solution. |

Yet I answered with sufficient detail that you should be able to see the results in game. And they would verify not only what I said but would fill you with wonder that these very invisible Officer Weapons are indeed in your inventory. Taking up space and being useless except to urge you on towards higher and higher SP spending. One might think that it is the reason they are even here in the first place?
You could record the visual proof and post it on YouTube instead. It would be informative and everything would be better and filled with Kitten Squeezings. One must note that Kitten Squeezings are not universally enjoyed, however. Immortal Mercs have unique dietary requirements as well as a slightly darker humor.
Grab that Kitten! Squeeze it!
Now clean it up, nobody is going to do it for you. You are down in the DUST now. |
