Two reason . 1.we can help ccp with good idea that mag have and give them to see if they can work to have somethinf like that in this game. To me we should have a field commander . Platoon leader and squad leader. This gives out more role to players. 2. Everyone knows mag was funny and the battles were awesome .

Everything about MAG has been broken down here already - pointless to go PLAY IT just to bring that info over here when it's here already.

I don't need to go back XD I enjoyed it thoroughly for what it was, and it definitely held up to the expectations. The game was an experiment, and it succeeded. First it achieved a game holding 256 players in a single instance fps, and second it achieved a true objective fps experience, where kills were less valuable than objectives. Unfortunately DUST doesn't have these important things MAG pioneered in... The game modes are 32 players at best, and the objective based play is nearly non-existent. But this is Beta, and MAG didn't drop Domination until the end of their open beta, so DUST has plenty of time to catch up... They had better catch up though... They need some serious improvements to the objective fps game play or this is going to be more CoD than it's fanbois are gonna wanna admit...

Shotgun was waaaay to OP in 'em lol I put in 250 hours or more when it first came out ..then I sold it.. never was around for the dlc... too bad they didnt make a MAG2.. rip zipper lol

We don't need to keep bringing MAG itself up, just what they did right. Off the top of my head: -proxy chat - the coms system - move and sharpshooter controls - the flow of battle - player size - game modes There are other things that made the game great but we don't need to bring up MAG just what we liked from it.
