I would like a link to a dev saying no more resets. As the op stated about BPO prices I also see a lot of tank modules opened at level 1 skill. Look at the adaptation skills and notice the best stuff is opened at level 3. I suspect and hope that they change the skill levels needed to open those advanced and proto modules. I guess they could just refund the SP spent on those skills if a change was made. |

Well, what they will probably do is reset SP and re-give you the SP you have earned when there are skill changes/updates and equipment additions. They have done this in the past with EVE sooo...
At least I hope incase they add some new equipment I may prefer over the original, like when they provide the racial suits and weapons and whatnot, you know. |

You're lucky I kept a record of these links in my Favorites list.

And by "unforeseen issues" they mean something that is so catastrophic such as what Iron Wolf referenced that they have no choice but to reset everything. Considering the lessons learned from that Kotaku article and knowing that CCP has backups of everything that happens in New Eden, I'm confident that the only unforeseen issue we would be worries about is a natural disaster destroying the hardware that stored the information. |

Not likely.
If you knew Eve's history, then you would know that they have constantly introduced new ships, modules, and skill books without having to reset anyone in the game ever since Eve went into open beta back in 2003.
And the only time CCP ever reimbursed us for the SP we trained for is when they officially removed the "Learning" skills and revamped the attribute system due to the fact that the "Learning" skill books were a hindrance to the immersion of Eve for trial users. Since then there has been no SP reimbursements. |

Thanks for the link copied to a text file.
As for disaster yeah, we're talking all of London disappearing into the Tims river or something.
There was that one other time. but in the end they took away sp not give any. |
