This has happened to me a couple of times now, and I wasn't sure what caused it until today, I think. Was in my fitting window, via the start button, while in Skirmish match. The match ended & we won, while I was still in fitting window. Got back to quarters, went to go finish what I was doing in fitting window, and it won't load/populate. Went to all other windows/screens in Neocom, all fine, with the exception of the dropsuit fitting window. Even the vehicle fitting window works fine, just no dropsuit fittings. Only solution was to exit & restart the game. |

exactly. That happens to me too in the same exact way. Buying/Modifying/resupply fittings during the battle will cause crashes |

Yep, I've seen this quite a few times and its reproducible fairly easily.
To reproduce, join a squad, go into fittings screen and select a fitting to restock, select a quantity.
As (or just before) you click confirm for the restock transaction the squad leader starts a battle.
When loading into the game you will never be able to spawn as the fittings never load - spinning dots.
If you quit and return to merc quarters, same issue. Fittings never load, have to restart. |
