Happened to me I think like 3-4 Times in the last 5 days, normally restarting the PS3-System fixes this bug. Couldn't find another thread about this and just wanted to mention it so CCP sees it and try to kill the bug. |

Your search terms must have been off a bit. Not like it is google quality. 
I doubt if you needed to reset the PS3. Restarting the client solves many problems in Beta games from most developers. DUST and CCP are no different.
There are a few different problems that this might relate to but your description leaves me just short enough that I am not clear as to what happened. Here are some of my standard responses. If they are sufficient please explain exactly what was happening and the Forum can better help you.
Were you in a Squad?
Did others in the Squad get in leaving you ... in the DUST? 
The Squad is now broken.
If everyone else left the battle then the Squad leader must re-enter the Battle Finder and cancel the current request. The Squad Leader should promote the next person in the Squad to Leader and the process (enter Battle Finder, cancel battle request) repeated until everyone is back in quarters with no "waiting to deploy" message". Rinse, repeat until functional.
Otherwise restarting the game will fix it.
Was this the famous "Battle Not Found" issue?
Switch to different battle type, finish that battle, try the battle type you actually want once again and it should work fine.
It might be possible to Leave Battle while in the alternate Battle Type but I just finish the silly thing since that is an Ambush for me.
Being in a menu, specifically the Fitting menu, when the game transitions modes can produce inconsistencies. I don't do it. I only access those menus when no transition is due. Either before any request for battle or in the middle of one that has no end state close and then only under dire circumstances. My suits are always up to date and stocked before I join a battle. Or I won't use those suits in this battle.
Have you been playing for hours and hours and hours?
Take a break, reflect on the concept of Beta, memory leaks and restart DUST.
Your Corp or Squad will still be around in four or five minutes. I should time my next restart.

If you are talking about the dropsuit menu not loading then to fix it restart the game. To avoid this issue from happening again DO NOT restock or change fittings whilst you are waiting to get into a battle. IF you do restock whilst deploying you almost always get this bug. |

I'm having the same issues. I guess I'll restock out of the game instead of in game. Someone also told me, it might be when you check the score/stats after dying/before choosing a fitting. |

I have never had the problem before while I was sitting in the war barge was always able to access and restock.
However recently I have had three occasions when the suit fitting screen just sat there with only the spinney thing going round and round.
Two of the occasions was while sitting in the war barge and the other one happened while in game.
I just had to reset game not do a hard reset and it fixed it. |
