i agree its annoying but the real problem is that once a game starts going bad half the team will change to snipers and the other half just quits which opens slots for a bunch of poor souls to get throwing into
really we need something to punish leaving such as a isk loss or maybe after you quit X times you get some sort of timer before you can enter another, 5 min would be acceptable |

Halos is acceptable... it can lock you out for days if you quit enough. |

ya that would work too, actually had a friend raging after he quit to many halo games so i guess its effective
