Back when people first lifted the Plasma Cannon description, it was a copy/paste of the Swarm Launcher.

Sounds like they're using the existing descriptions as best-fits until they're ready to actually release things.

But it also emphasises the "it's an AR" theory over the "it's a Sniper Rifle" theory.
