Cru camping is the lamest way to victory. Destroying a spawner b4 he reacts at all is cheezy.
Invulnerability till fire, move left stick or 3 seconds-BF3 style.
Addendum: Camping default spawners is relatively easy. Killing and being able to kill a default spawner before hos Hud comes up is bad design and frustrating. |

If you spawn in an forward spawning point of any kind (as in not in your base) you're fair game. |

Welcome to New Eden! you can and will die... A LOT. This game is part of the same universe where a majority of kills are gotten with guerrilla style tactics.
If you decide that you can spawn at a CRU that your team controls despite the fact that nothing else around them is team controlled. your probably walking into a trap.
If the CRU you are thinking about spawning in is in no way close to your blue dots your going to die.
Invulnerability of any kind would diminish this game and the feel it has. So basically HTFU and spawn smart. |

Yes hurting user experience is awsome. Just because eve has earned its 'griefers' rep dosnt me we should let EDITEDslide.
Cru camping can be avoided. ambush predictable spawn leads to same thing in a way you have no control. |

you can always spawn at your base.
you can always take the initiative and bring drop uplinks.
getting camped is something that is easily avoidable catering to people to lazy to avoid it should not be a priority. |

Oh come on, spawning is so bad that even smart spawning can't save you. Take my last game for example. You know that skirmish map where that CRU and control point C share the same spawn point?
So I choose to spawn there, amid at least 3 other blue dots while we own both the CRU and point C.
Nothing can save any of us from the EDITED that goes 12-1 standing immediately behind both these spawn points with a nanohive and a machine gun. That EDITED is EDITEDridiculous. |

I already exploited that, spawned about 20 grenades in a Clone regeneration unit, and got about 6 kills in lest than a minute. I'm no proud of it... but if the option is in there, i will exploited like every one else does.
But i agree, that it should be a 2 seconds protection when you re-spawn or are revive, so you have a "change" to find cover. |

Lol go back to BF3 if you want to abuse the invulnerable spawn delay.
Which is one of the most lamest, gimmicky, childish things ever implemented into a FPS. How long do you need to be coddled before you start thinking intelligently instead of charging everything head on.
Whats next, going to demand that remote charges cant be set on objectives? |

i think its more the fact someone can sit there and just pick off anyone they want before you even have a HUD read, i understand the issue here, nothing we can really do about it, unless they change the combat spawn manner. not likely in the current time frame |

Ive seen people repeatedly spawn at a CRU or an objective and dieing multiple times. It makes no sense why those people, who have a hard time grasping the fact that if they keep spawning on a blinking objective, or a CRU which they were repeatedly murdered several times, should be invincible. And i actually heard that CCP encourages spawn killing, even red lining. So this invincibility thing is never going to happen in this game. |

You should use your search function before you post. You'll find more ideas than just the one I posted. Invulnerability timers are worse than spawn campers, though this isn't to say that you shouldn't be able to spawn while not in immediate peril. |

Spawn protection is the gayest thing ever in BF3 and it will blow here in Dust as well.
There shouldn't be so much animation to spawning in however....when you spawn in, it should be immediate and you should be able to move the second you spawn in. Players shouldn't be able to see you simmer in and fire before you are able to move.
But NEVER implement spawn protection |

Instead of blindly picking the most forward spawn point, follow this handy two-step guide:
1) Are there any blue dots around the CRU? If not, why do you think that is? 2) You can literally SEE THE KITTENING GAME IN REAL TIME. Get your magnifying glass out and you might just see a couple of tiny blobs lighting stupid people up with shotguns every time they spawn in. Congratulations, you're next! |

I ceed CR and Spawn beacon players are fairgame but I still say it too undefendeable.
I counter by saying that default spawns, especially in ambush, suffer from default spawns being predicable and exploitable. So how does one avoid that?- surley thats not in the players hands?
I would reiterate that getting killed before the HUD appears is poor design. Since im allowed to make fun of dumb people while not others, ill say its outright stupidity. |
