Answer1: we accept all french canadian 80 new from open beta and 25 from closed beta , the new need developping and acquiring experience some are damn good, perhaps some of them quit from lobby when they see you, some are casual player and play for fun and im fine with this. Having fun its the most important thing in our corp. Some become better and want to fight with the best. We try to be competitive with fun.

So your corp is not accepting of other people and their different cultures and ethnicity. At least accept people based on skill, teamwork and hardwork.
Don't hide behind exclusivity of a corp that is bordering on looking like a front for a form of cultural segregation.
Sure I can understand someone having to speak french but how you speak it? (accent) as a marker for your worthiness for a corp? revolting.
