In the world of Eve a "heist" is so much more than losing a battle and has a much more damaging effect in the perception of the group. I understand the addition of a fabricated story line for effect but in this instance it was ill advised.

Have you even played a corp battle (once?), you would know K/D has nothing to do with corp battles, you would know this if you played Dust.
