Yesterday I noticed it was either Skirmish match after skirmish match when the game was placeing me into games that were hopeless or try ambush where it was the SAME map all day!!
I just said QUIT GAME! and decided to do something else for a bit until next Wednesday or until we get more content as so far for the past nine or ten months we have had the mass driver, the laser rifle and ummm, ummm, ummmm...??????? thats it???
Sigh.
The SAME MAP the entire day was the final straw.
See ya next Wednesday.
I may drop by for a bit but not! hour after hour like I used to play.
Hopefully we get new content in a few days and not SOON otherwise I see less players on Dust 514.
Did most of the newberries vanish since I see a lot less new tags?? |

Tech Ohm you've been around this beta for awhile now. Don't you remember us having only 1 map for 2.5 months on one of the builds? One day is a walk in the park, you can persevere.

Yes I remember back then but these days the lack of content has me trying to get a grenade to bounce back and forth twenty times in a row like a ping pong ball or trying to see how the game decides to award rare salvage items like Balacs, Krins, Gastuns, Thales and Calas.
I guess I just need to take a break from testing for a few days.

There is that one map which has a serious amount of walking to do to get to the nearest objective.
If you're losing most likely you can't get to an objective or even out of your spawn because of the amount of ground you have to cover (and therefore the amount of ground the enemy controls) before you get to the main complex and can secure the objectives.
That map is fine in a winning/balanced game.
All I can say is this, quit the game, Q up again and get put on one of the other maps.
As a huge MAG player I was fine with 3 maps per mode, DUST has 3 or 4, sure I don't like one so that's 3 and 3 but that's enough for me. |

Look I been in closed beta for a while and get that it's the same ****.
It's beta and CCP. Are not worrying about new stuff right now. It's all about the core of the game. Can they actually implement more stuff etc. this stuff never been done before. If they cared about pleasing us every day we would've been had new stuff.
New maps, new ****.
Can you wait. If you actually read about dust 514 it is promised to have over 1000+ maps.
You coming on here crying about same oh stuff go play bf3, or COD now those games are finished and have plenty of maps. Oh wait those are some other basic shooters with the same oh ****.
