I apologize if this has been brought up before, perhaps i did not go far enough back in the search results or overlooked it. My question is....
Why do Flux grenades not give you assists? If you strip the enemies shields, and a team mate kills them, it shows no assist on the screen. |

there's a timer on assists. I've had flux nades strip shields and a teammate kill them right after and get the assist. but the timer is short, like 5, maybe 10 seconds between your last hit and it resetting. Something like that.
Might be a bug. |

Might be a bug. There does seem to be a timer and it is for everything.
There is one other factor regarding any kill. I suspect the Last Two doing damage get the credit. I have stripped shields/armor with a Sniper rifle and watch the target get caught in a cross fire. Yep, I got nothing.
When sniping, I am okay but not great, I exist off of Assists because I can strip the Reds coming to an objective and allow the Blues to finish them off. But losing it entirely was disappointing. |
