Now we all know of the player market , AKA The only way to get rid of assets.
How do you think prices will be depicted.
Im thinking a supply and demand like the stock market
The more of something there is the less its going to cost less like salvage. Everyone talks like yea I got like 30 Prometeaus < Terrible spelling skills. But since you get alot of salvage Im guessing those will be the cheapest items.
But lets say something like the toxin submachine gun on acquired through the merc pack , This is a rarer item and will sell at a higher price
Hopefully people will be aloud to sell AUR items. In example like eve players membership. |

I hope I'm able to sell my character for AUR, people will finally be able to see just How OP I really am.
Supply and demand though is the way to go, I'd really like to see "No longer in Production" items be introduced to Dust, that is if they haven't already. |

The EVE market is definitely "market-driven" in that players set their own sell price (or buy- for standing buy orders) and it's up to other players to decide whether or not they want to accept that price.
For instance, if I am in a station in the Mirilene star system and I want to buy an Iteron (a cargo ship), I look on the market and see a bunch of "sell" orders:
400,000 in the same station 425,000 in the same station 375,000 in another station in the system 350,000 in an adjacent system ...a bunch of others... 250,000 in a star system 10 jumps away
I have to decide if it's worth my time to make the trip and save the money or spend more money for the convenience of buying local. Of course, if I had started looking in that other system, it would be a no-brainer because the local seller was cheaper.
Here's a couple of sites that show some of how incredibly dynamic the EVE market is: http://eve-central.com/home/quicklook.html?typeid=650#history http://www.eve-markets.net/detail?typeid=650#history
Anyway, I suspect that the Dust market will be a little simpler because of the limitations of the console interface. Still, I would expect some pretty complex stuff. CCP has their own economist for making sure that the game markets are awesome. |

It'll be exactly like EVE in which players determine prizes based off region, supply, and demand. |
