Swarm launcher Make the lower tier variants dumber. If you make the lock on range, tracking and reload gradually progress as they move up tiers it would give more purpose then 4-5-6 missiles at a time.
For instance, if you make the militia swarm launcher lock on at the 80GJ neutron blaster range and make them track like a heat seeker as opposed to the current "approach corner turn right" aspect, and make the reload 3 seconds. Then make the final tier lock on at railgun range, track like it currently does and reload at .5 seconds.
As it stands the only reason to spec into swarms is to get an extra missile. As a tank pilot i can tell you that **** is irritating spending 1mil on a tank and to get spammed by militia swarms that i cant get into range to murder. They spend 0 and destroy a 1mil isk investment in a flash.
If they dont destroy it they prevent it from advancing sometimes. As opposed to it being 2-3:1 ratio its at about1:1. 1 swarm per one tank. And yes the leading arguement will be "get better" but if any one has seen me pull out my tank youd know its a stubborn thing to kill. I dont die often until someone figures out that "hey ill hide in this mountain way back here and flood it. Then i have to hide the rest of the match, in a tank, until the orbital strike kills me.
Then we have A.V grenades. They do SOOO much damage. They carry three at a time, sit on a nanohive and spam them. They say 140.0 damage, but they do 1k+ damage. Which even with a bonus to armor should only put them at 182.they should be for giving that small little boost to damage to MAYBE kill the tank. They shouldnt be able to run at my tank hurling them and have me retreat.
They need a reduction to resupply speed and damage. They are a support item not a frontline.maybe the final tier can do 1k but the bottom needs like 300.
Tanks need a lower firing angle or a turret variant that provides such. Infantry is often running on top of my tank, you would not ever do that to a fully manned tank i see no reason to not lower the angle. Andif not atleast create a 200% damage bonus to point blank shots please.
A mobile ammo module would be nice to place on a vehicle, that way we can supply infantry as we advance. Making us more then cover and cannons. |

I really think you should change this title to something more informative as to the post's content. And also, this s**t has been cried about so much lately - do we really need another thread discussing AV and tanks? |

Oh **** someone made you forum god my bad. ??? Clearly we need these posts if there is still a dramatic imbalance. You must not pilot anything of reputable stature. I was trying to be mature and post it where it belongs. Gave detail, and suggestions, you dont like it there is no need to respond.
