I wanted to start a quick thread for the blueberries on injectors. They are great little pieces of equipment that revive your dead mates, which has a couple nice bonuses.
#1 Your teammate is now able to help again without respawning
#2 Your teammate keeps his or her fitting. This is huge for guys who are rolling around in a proto suit that can cost upwards of 300K ISK a fitting. You can make a lot of people happy by saving them money.
#3 Reviving gives a lot of points. I believe it is currently a +60
#4 Injectors are stupidly cheap to fit on your suit and militia injectors cost little in the way of ISK. Most people would agree that unless you have some specific piece of equipment on your suit, you should always carry an injector. They are almost stupid not to have on assault suits...
Okay, one last thing...Please, for the love of God, do not be reckless about it. Don't revive a guy if he just got sniped or there is a hostile presence nearby. You will only serve to get him repeatedly killed and waste both of your time. A smart blueberry is...well I guess not a blueberry. Don't be a blueberry. |

Good info for the newberries, but the problem lies in people who call for help, then respawn without giving the logi chance to get to them.
Impatient people like this dishearten those who play logistics, which make them ignore more people than they usually would. I've been a few games where I've ran from dead clone to dead clone, to have them all respawn 5 seconds after they called for a rez.
Yes, use injectors, but for the love of all New Eden, LET US USE THE INJECTORS! |

well the problem with injecting people (my experience as a logi) is pretty damn straight forward.
1. You're to far away from me to do **** 2. You were an idiot and died charging 5 guys 3. You're to far away 4. I need to deal with the guy trying to kill me less I res you and he gets us both 5. You're to far away 6. I res you and you just STAND THERE even if you called for help 7. You're to far away 8. You went off on your own. 9. You're to far away. 10. I'm getting shot at.
I hope you understand the reason as to why I can't rez you just yet. |

I tried the starter suit with the injector, but it did not have enough shields for my comfort. I have been using the Frontline suit when I am not sniping. But I PROMISE that when I start fitting my own suits I will make sure I get an injector in there.
I do try to wait for help when I go down if I think there are logi in the area and I am not laying in a RedGÇÖs field of fire. |

There's another benefit to avoiding a respawn GÇö you save your team a clone.
That can be critical in both ambush and skirmish matches. I've been in more than one match where my team lost because too many of our blueberries bled out instantly (or near so), even when we've been neck-and-neck with Team Red with only a few minutes to go. Even if it appears a logistics trooper can't get to you immediately, wait to bleed out. In a very close match, ambush or skirmish, it can make all of the difference. |

Yes, use injectors, but for the love of all New Eden, LET US USE THE INJECTORS! I have to say that I will respawn mainly because no one ever does revive, at least in pub games. Whenever it says theres a triage unit in the area I try to wait but most of the time end up waiting until i bleed out to the respawn screen. |

I recently switched to logi from assault suits, I use an injector and drop uplink I recomend people try the logi suit it has only a little less EHP than a assault suit. your big limiter is you get no side arm and I find myself running out of ammo a lot for my AR. getting the skill to hold more ammo will help a lot. |

Yes, please do. However, clear the area first or at least be aware of nearby baddies. I can't count the number of times I have literally been rezzed into a firefight and re-died instantly, usually along with the logi. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but you're actually increasing the number of team deaths if you rush in and rez before the area is clear. Everyone's favorite target is a newly-rezzed guy with 15% armor and no shields. |

LOL. I see the problem as most of us in the public games fighting this issue from both sides.
Logi View** NOOBS! Stop standing there after we rezz you!!!!!!!!
NOOBS! Stop spawning so we can rezz you to go back to raging about previous statement!!!!!
Then Vet posts info about noob doign said thing and another Vet counters Vet with well stop doing one of the other said things above. . . but neither poster or responder are reffering to the other as they both no better and thus argue in yet another thread Vet v. Vet concept over NOOBstakes. I guess the NOOBS win.
Combatants view Logi STOP REZZING ME IN A BULLET STORM, kill them ALL with your paper suit and AR first.
Logi REZZ ME DAMN IT, learn how to use your injektors!!!!
In the end I want the NOOB to USE THE DAMN INJEKTOR! learn it live it love it. I may lose a suit but you will learn, but the next time I may not lose a suit because I know 8 friendlies zerg upto one objective and I have a STANDBY message and NOBODY USES THE DAMN THING WILL NOT HAPPEN!. . . . hey you, this is Rekons' ghost saying USE THE DAMN INJEKTOR!
To be injekted to RE-die is better than not to be injekted at all when the coast is clear and Logi's are present. If you can't figure it out, select ASSUALT suit please. I have a bleed out button. . . |
