In an attempt to redirect it, next time you gotta hit the john instead of saying, "I'm going to the restroom" tell those in earshot, "I've got to warp to the porcelain throne and drop an orbital strike." |

I don't see how this is racist. It is not demeaning or demoralizing in tone. The intent behind the words looks to me an honest joke . If you cannot laugh at yourself then you are one sorry being. Jokes like these are meant to be used as an ice breaker but it seems most people here are too stuck up in being politically correct.
This is my opinion and it is valid. Just as much as all of yours are. I see no reason however to condemn someone because a few people are butt hurt over some words whose intent are not foul in nature. |

If the shooter was from the South East US, it could be Country-Fried or Kentucky-Fried.
Quick question, if a Swiss player kills you with an HMG or SMG, did you just get Swiss Cheesed? |

And not racist, its just a pun that works because of the French origin of the players and the fries (supposedly). Its not saying anything negative or hurtful about the French.
People need to understand between a racist joke, and a joke that happens to work because of racial component. Racism is about devaluing or raising one race over another, not silly puns. |

Why?
"French Fries", or "Fritjes" are from Belgium ... The Dutch-speaking part of Belgium.
Ain't got nothing to do with France or anything French, except the US "Joes", who got introduced to it, thought they were France instead of Belgium... |

There's a huge difference between political themed jokes and racist jokes. At least be straight about what you are doing. Btw you missed some "racist" jokes.
Saying a country's flag is changing to white stripes on a white background is political. Saying a white flag would make a better/worse president of said country because of its color is racist. BIG difference. |

From what I gathered Belgium is the commonly taught source, but only because they "claimed" a recipe from the late 18th Century. Check out the above two links. They aren't as decisive as to the origin.
Regardless, it was meant purely as a joke. Finding a Belgian player using a laser and declaring a victim of his to have been "French Fried" would be pedantry. |

Why'd you get rid of all the tank references?
I'm pretty sure those were all just engineering jokes about silly things tanks have done (except for that bit about Italian flags).
E.G. The German tanks in WW2 were very effective, but they were a maintenance nightmare.
The American tanks were fast and numerous, but they couldn't stand up to the firepower of some of their counterparts (At least later in the war, they were actually the fiercest thing on the battlefield when they were put into production). |
