Those were a prize for the people who played in the closed beta tounrny. If you want one you will have to wait for the trade and market to get set up.
They are no stronger than militia ARs, but they have a larger clip, making them reload less offen. IT's a fun little toy you'll see less and less of as the playerbase grows as very few were given out. |

Standard AR given to people who participated in a stress test on servers. Basically saves you about 4-5 k per death, overall useless. Tons of people have them. |

It wasn't for the tournament. we were given that AR for participating in that time when those compressed maps were released to us.

i wouldnt say useless cause its the only thing that i use if i ever step out of my tank |

It's really not that big of a deal. The exile is essentially a BPO standard-level AR. |

It's a gift from CCP for participating in certain beta events. Only a limited number of them currently exist at all and many of us who have them will probably hold into then until the market opens and we sell them to other players willing to spit out tens of millions of ISK just for one of them. |
